| March 29 (Mon) Room block for Multi-state Convention released After this date any unused rooms in our block will be released immediately. The hotel will continue to accept reservations on a space and rate available basis only. This means you may not be able to get a room. If you can get a room you may not be able to get the government rate / your room may cost more. March 29 (Mon) Deadline for cheaper $35.00 registration for Multi-state Convention Also - we will have a banquet on Friday evening (4/30) - if you wish to attend the cost is $37.00. Montana participants - please send your isting of attendees (so convention badges can be made) to Gary Phillippe at 5600 57th Ave SW, Great Falls, Montana 59404. Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington participants - please contact your state president for a registration sheet and further information. NOTE: The costs listed here are strictly what the MPWU needs for registration and the convention banquet. Your Local or state may have additional fees. Please contact your Local and/or state president for further information. March 30 (Tues) Registration for Multi-state Convention goes up to $50.00 March 31 (Wed) Deadline for MPWU/Auxiliary Scholarship For scholarship rules and regulations and an application please click HERE. April 14 (Wed) Deadline to get a refund for registration for the Multi-state If you have paid a registration fee for the Multi-state and then discover you cannot attend you must contact MPWU Sec/Treas Larry Swift by this date to get a refund. After this date we are locked into meals, meeting room costs, etc. and no refunds will be given, no exceptions. April 15 (Th) Deadline to mail NW Region Multistate Convention Resolutions to Resolutions Committee Chairperson If you don't get your resolutions mailed to Chris Santos by this date please just bring them with you to Missoula.
