The large copier is going to be rented from a business outside of the hotel - so there will be no on-site maintenance - but we'll have a number for a repairman. COPA items: We will also have a large centrally located room for all state's to set up tables with the COPA items, 50/50 raffle, Auxiliary projects. This room will also be occupied by the Auxiliary members who will be attending and conducting their own convention.
