| 2010 MPWU Multi-state Convention Member-at-Large (MAL) lottery form Notice is hereby given to all MPWU Members-at-Large of the MPWU Spring Training in Missoula, MT. April 28-May 1, 2010 All MAL's in good standing who have not voluntarily held a managerial or supervisory EAS position in the last year are eligible to apply. The MPWU can fund two MAL's. These delegates will be chosen by lottery. The MPWU will pay for registration fees, room, per diem and either airfare or mileage (at the IRS allowable rate), whichever is cheaper. Per diem and airfare/mileage will be prepaid provided an expense voucher is submitted in advance.. If the delegate is unable to attend they will refund the prepaid amount to the MPWU Secretary/Treasurer.
